Westin R5 Nerf Bars Installation - 2018 Nissan Frontier- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2018 Nissan Frontier, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Westin R5 Nerf Bars with 5" Wide Polished Stainless Steel Steps, part number 28-51170.Here's what our nerf bars are going to look like once they're installed. Not only are they going to give our truck a nice stylish look, but they're also going to help us whether we're getting in or out of our truck. We're going to have a nice secure footing making sure that we're not going to have any problems. Our bars are going to run the entire length of our cab and we're going to have a step for the front as well as the back.Now each one of our steps are going to be just a little bit over 30" long and 5" wide, which is going to give us great stability whether we're getting in our out. Aries Big Step Nerf Bars Installation - 2017 Ford F-150- Video
Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Ford F150, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Aries Big Step Nerf Bars, part number AAAL233043.So here's what our Aries Big Step Nerf Bars look like once we have 'em installed on our F150. The long pad here is gonna make sure that we have a secure footing when we're getting in our truck, or when we're getting out. It's gonna measure a total about 23 and 1/2 inches long and four inches wide. The tread design on our step is gonna make sure that we aren't slipping even in wet conditions, and the material it's made out of is gonna make sure that it's not gonna fade or crack over time. The bars themselves are gonna be a round design, they're gonna be four inches in diameter, and they are gonna be made of aluminum with a nice powder coat finish tone, so they are gonna be rust resistant.Unlike a lot of tube steps, it's not just gonna be a simple black, it's gonna have this crackled look to it, giving it a rugged look.The ends of the bars are gonna curve in slightly, giving it that finished look to it, and the end caps are gonna be welded in place, so we won't have to worry about dirt or debris getting inside the tube.Our steps are gonna come with a custom installation kit for our F150, and it's not gonna require any kind of drilling, cutting, or anything like that. Speaker 1: Today on our 2014 Ram 2500 we're gonna take a look at and show you how to install the Westin PRO TRAXX four inch Oval Nerf Bars, these are the black powder coated steel finish, part number is 21-23565.Now if you're looking for Nerf bars for your truck you probably have one of a couple needs. Either like what we have here, it's a pretty long step to get right up into the vehicle so this is gonna give us some assistance getting in and getting out or you just want to improve the looks and the quality of your truck.These are gonna fit the build really well for both purposes. Of course they're gonna give us a step and help us in and out, but they've got the full cab length design which is really gonna compliment a lot of vehicles. The quality black powder coat finish that's gonna completely encase our tube step is really gonna give it a nice touch, it's made to blend whether you've got a higher line truck or maybe just the basic trim package, the black's gonna compliment both of those very well.Now our step pads are gonna be four inches wide so as you can see they're gonna completely cover the four inch oval steps that we've got and you can see the traction that they've built in here. There are a lot of surfaces for your boots or shoes to grip on unlike some of the older styles of tube steps that they've created these are gonna give you the traction to get in and out without sliding or slipping on them.These are designed of a material that are gonna be UV resistant so we're not gonna have to worry about sun fade and they're gonna stand up to a lot of the elements or the things we're gonna encounter on the road whether it's gonna be salt, grease, oil, gas, things like that. We're not gonna have to worry about these deteriorating and coming in contact with that.Now the ends on our steps are gonna turn in towards the body, it gives them a good streamlined look, and something that I really appreciate is that the caps are completely enclosed. more

Westin GenX Oval Nerf Bars with Hoop Steps Installation - 2015 GMC Sierra 1500- Video
Speaker 1: Today in our 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 we'll be having a look at and installing the Westin GenX Oval Nerf Bars with Hoop Steps Part Number 20-3715.Here's what our Nerf Bars look like installed. Our step hoop here, drops down five inches from the main part of the Nerf Bar giving us easy access for a step to get into the vehicle. The step hoop itself, has a two inch diameter tubular seal construction. Our main Nerf Bar here, has a four inch tubular seal construction. Our Nerf bar has a durable, gloss black powder coat finish, which will provide us with rust resistance for many years down the road.We have a nice textured surface here on our steps with channels in it to help divert water away from our feet so we don't have to worry about slipping off when we're getting into the vehicle. The step is ten inches wide, at it's widest point, and four inches deep.Now, what sets these Nerf bars apart from others on the market, is that our step here, is actually quite a bit lower than others one. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 we're gonna take a look at and also show you how to install the Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars, these four inch polished stainless steel Nerf bar's part number is 21-23860.Now of course the need for tube steps like this either gonna be to upgrade the look of your truck, make it more stylish as these have done, or to help you get in and out. Trucks seem to be getting taller and taller and it's kind of hard to step up into them sometimes, this is gonna give us a great solution for that and allow us to get in and out of our truck much more easy. Now based on what our customer reviews say about the steps they tend to hold up very, very well, the polished stainless steel material and the sealed ends are gonna help with that, we'll talk more about that in a minute. Also it does make life easier, even on the front doors and the back doors the steps are lined up right where you'll want them to get in and out.As you can see they really changed the look of our truck, they give it a nice, sleek, stylish look, these are polished aluminum so they give kind of the chrome effect. The biggest benefit to this style though over a lot of the others are the completely sealed ends here, that prevents any moisture from getting inside those steps and we don't have kind of that rust out you used to get to where the bottom of them would be all rusty and eventually just fall apart.Now each tube is gonna have two polymer steps, it's gonna have raised traction, helps us get grip as we get in and out and as you can see they're positioned really nicely directly under the truck. The ends of the tubes are gonna turn in slightly towards the vehicle, it helps to give it a more finished look.Now with these being polymer they're gonna be resistant to UV rays, salt, discoloration, cracking, things like that. more

They're 4 inch wide oval bars, which means they're going to have more stability over the round bars, because it's going to have a greater surface. The extra wide step is going to be great for us getting in or out, making sure we have a nice secure footing. more

Today on our 2016 GMC Sierra, we're gonna be taking a look at and installing the DZ Nerf Bars, part #DZ372529 in black. Now, they're also available in polished stainless steel, using part #DZ372527. So, here's what our steps look like fully installed on our truck. Now, these are gonna be great because they're gonna make it a little bit easier to get in and out of our truck. Now, the tube itself is steel. It has a black powder coat finish so, it is gonna resist rust and corrosion, and it is a four inch oval tube. It has two steps per side, and the step pad is made up of an anti-slip plastic so, you know you're gonna have a secure footing each time you get in or get out of your truck. Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars Installation - 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500- Video
Today on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, we're going to be showing you how to install the Westin PRO TRAXX four inch oval nerf bars in the polished stainless steel. Part number is 21-23720. Here's what our nerf bars are going to look like installed on our Silverado. As you can see that polished stainless steel really sets the truck off and gives it a nice custom look. Now they offer the cab length design so it's designed to fit the full length and I think they're really going to lend themselves nicely to most of the paint colors that are going to be on the truck just because they are more in that neutral tone. This is going to give us a really nice wide area to be able to step down on and get lots of traction off the raised lugs that are on there. Unlike the older step bars that just kind of had rubber there, these are actually going to give us some grip, something our feet will be hold on to and we won't be slipping trying to get in the truck. Now the step pads themselves are a heavy duty polymer material. They're designed to resist any of the kind of the deterioration that you sometimes get from the UV rays, especially with the cracking or the fading. more

Aries Round Nerf Bars Installation - 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500- Video
Today, on our 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we'll be having a look at and installing the Aries Round Nerf Bars, part number AA204045. Here's what our running boards look like installed. As you can see, not only do they give our truck an aggressive look, but they also serve a purpose. They make it a lot easier for us to get in and out of our truck. The non-slip rubber pad, here, on the top, gives you a nice place to step to get in and out of the truck, especially if it's raining or you have mud on your shoes or your boots. Not only do we have this nice step feature for our front seat passengers, but we also have it for our rear seat passengers. Our Nerf bars are constructed of a very durable, high carbon steel, and are also powder-coated in a semi-gloss black powder-coat finish, which will give us many years of rust free service. Our Nerf bar has a three inch tubular steel design, which gives us plenty of surface area for us to step on to get in and out of our vehicle easily. Today, on our 2016 Ford F-150, we're going to taking a look at the Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars in polished stainless steel, part number 23-3930. These are also available in black, part number 23-3935. Here's what these tube steps are going to look like once they're installed on your truck. These steps are going to help make it easier to get into your truck, so you've got a platform to step on before getting all the way in. What's really nice about these is unlike other steps, such as truck bed steps or cab steps, these contour nicely to the full length of the cab of the truck. It maintains a very clean look with the polished stainless steel finish, and we've got nice large foot pads in order to step on, and they've got some pattern on them to help give you traction so you don't slip when they're wet. These nerf bars are nice and easy to install, as they mount to the factory mounting locations for running boards. more

Westin Oval Nerf Bars Installation - 2010 Ram 1500- Video
Today on our 2010 Ram 1500 Quad Cab, we're going to be taking a look at and installing the Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars. Part number 24-54310. The biggest benefit that these tube steps are going to bring your truck, is that it's going to make it easier to get in and out, because the step won't be quite as high. The best feature about these nerf bars is that it gives you wheel to wheel coverage. What's nice about the wheel to wheel coverage is that it gives you three steps. One for each door, and then one for easy access into the bed. The nerf bar is four inches wide, and on the surface of each foot pad here it's three inches wide. It's got a nice textured surface, along with the Westin logo up here. more

Today on our 2012 Toyota Tacoma, we're going to be taking a look at and showing you how to install the Westin oval tube steps with custom installation kit in black, part number 22-5055-1475. Now here's what they look like once they're installed and since this is a wide oval step, it's going to give you greater stability than some of the narrower tube steps that are on the market. They're made of a mild steel with a black, powder-coated finish. It's going to help prevent against rust and corrosions and keep them looking nice for many years. The step plates are of UV-resistant polymer, so you're going to have long life out of those as well. The raised tread here is going to help with your shoes to get a good grip even in wet weather. more
